Returns and Refund Policy

If the product is damaged during delivery or due to Azafran Home care’s packaging and transportation we are happy to provide you a refund as long as you inform us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged goods. If you find a product defective please inform us in writing within 14 days of the receipt of the product and we shall arrange an immediate refund upon verifying the defect. Exchanges are not possible on the current products offered by Azafran Home Care. But do let us know if you are unhappy or unsatisfied and we shall do our best to accommodate your requirement.
